What this notice covers
This notice explains how CreaseLab handles information submitted through public assessment forms and information processed when an academy uses the product. An academy may provide additional notices for its athletes, staff and guardians because it controls how its development programme operates.
Academy assessment requests
We collect the academy and contact details you enter, including your name, work email, phone, city, role, approximate athlete count and the outcome you want a pilot to prove. We use this information to respond, plan a relevant assessment and keep a record of the request.
The form records your consent to be contacted. Do not include medical information, athlete names or other sensitive personal data in a public assessment request.
Product data
When an academy workspace is active, CreaseLab may process staff identity, athlete profile, assessment, programme, readiness, workload, session, approval and report information. Access is role based and scoped to the relevant academy membership.
Published guardian reports are purpose-built snapshots. They do not expose internal coaching notes or unrestricted medical information by default.
Athletes and minors
Academies must use the appropriate guardian relationship and consent process when an athlete is a minor. CreaseLab is not designed for a child to create an unrestricted public profile, and it does not publish youth rankings.
Sharing and service providers
Information is shared only as needed to operate the service, provide academy-authorised access, process payments, maintain infrastructure or meet legal obligations. CreaseLab does not sell athlete or assessment-request information.
Your choices
You may ask the academy that invited you to correct workspace information, change a guardian relationship or review access. For a public assessment enquiry, reply through the contact channel used for the request and state that your question concerns privacy.
Security and retention
CreaseLab uses role-based access, tenant boundaries, audit records and production security controls appropriate to the information processed. Data is retained only while it is needed for the relevant academy relationship, operational record or legal obligation.
Changes to this notice
This notice may change as the service and its operating arrangements evolve. The date above identifies the current version.
