Turn every player goal into a measurable, coach-approved development case: baseline, plan, daily work, review, reassessment, and parent-ready proof.

The loop closes by design.

A goal is not a plan, and a completed session is not proof. CreaseLab keeps the measure, prescription, approval, execution and reassessment together.

    Outcome

Coach the exceptions. Automate the routine.

The first view is a decision queue, not another dashboard of interchangeable scores. Safety, deadlines and ownership decide what rises to the top.

One session. One readiness check. No admin maze.

Athletes see prescribed work first, then the minimum controls needed to start, report pain, finish and recover from a lost connection.

Development-book reporting

Give families proof they can understand.

Published reports translate approved evidence into improvement, coach interpretation and the next milestone, without exposing internal notes.

Coach control stays visible

Assistance without silent authority.

Structured evidence and deterministic safety rules support the coach. They do not replace diagnosis, approval or return-to-play decisions.

Map the gap before you buy the software.

Share the operating problem you want to solve. We will review your workflow and contact you within one business day. No account or athlete data import is required.

Practical questions, plain answers.

How quickly can we start?

The founding pilot runs for eight weeks. Implementation support begins with academy setup, staff ownership, roster preparation and a focused Batter or Fast Bowler cohort.

Can we migrate from spreadsheets and WhatsApp?

Yes. The assessment maps your current roster, spreadsheet measures and WhatsApp handoffs first. Import scope, field mapping and staff access are agreed before any academy data moves.

Do athletes need new hardware?

No specialist hardware is required for daily delivery. Athletes can use a supported phone for readiness, prescribed sessions and completion; the academy can keep its existing assessment equipment and agreed protocols.

Does CreaseLab replace the coach?

No. Coaches own assessment interpretation, plan approval, publication and intervention. AI may assist with drafting and explanation, but it cannot publish a plan or make a clearance decision.

What do athletes and parents see?

Athletes receive prescribed work, readiness checks and progress. Guardians receive privacy-safe attendance, adherence, coach interpretation and the next milestone. Internal medical and coaching notes stay private.

What happens when connectivity drops?

The athlete workflow is designed for field-side use and temporary connection loss. Queued actions show their sync state and retain a clear recovery path, so a coach never has to guess what was saved.

What happens when an athlete reports pain?

Pain reporting is always visible in the athlete flow and creates a coach-side exception for review. CreaseLab does not diagnose injury or clear return to play. For minors, guardian consent and least-privilege access protect sensitive information.

What happens after eight weeks?

The academy receives the final reassessment, coach-approved parent reports and a review of the agreed success measures. Together, we decide the next milestone and whether a broader rollout is justified; the pilot does not renew silently.
